Text to Talk
Away from your office and need to get everybody on the phone, right now? With Viewocity “Text to Talk,” you can get your group on the phone by sending a simple text message. Your cell phone will call the people you designate, ring their phones and ask them to join in the conference call. Text-to-talk is a fantastic feature if a crisis arises or your business needs to move quickly to take advantage of an opportunity. Text-To-Talk Instructions:
To Initiate a Conference Call Using "Text-to-Talk" Mode:

1. Message format: conference<space>consumer phone number<space>participant #1 phone number<space>participant #2 phone number<space>etc.
2. You can use contacts in message or group names. if a group name is used, all contacts belonging to that group will be called. a combination of contact, 
groups, & real phone numbers can exist in your text.
3. The consumer’s phone number is represented with “the actual number” & the consumer is adding 2 participants.
