Enhanced Conferencing

With Enhanced Conferencing, the moderator and participants can join a conference call from their computers—or the moderator can call the participants from a computer and ask them to join in the call.
Enhanced Conferencing gives moderators the ability to reach all participants easily and quickly instead of waiting for individuals to dial in.
It also allows participants to join in calls without having to find or remember dial-in numbers and access codes. At the designated time, their phones ring, they answer and immediately become part of the conference call.
Note: To use enhanced conferencing, individual participants must use a phone that can be heard or seen “ringing” and is answered by a person, not an automated system.
How to make your enhanced conference go smoothly:
- Moderators using enhanced conferencing log in here a few minutes before the call and on the “Start a Conference” section enter the access number, conference code and 3-digit security code.
- After being connected, click on “Add a Participant” and follow prompts to call others and ask them to join in.
Participants may also join in by calling the conference number and entering the conference code.
